Inspired by Taiwan. Crafted in California.

Drift Snow Lab grew out of a love for Taiwanese shaved snow, and a desire to share this remarkable frozen dessert.

We're reimagining it through a California lens, using real milk,
fresh fruit, fun toppings, and thoughtful craftsmanship from
block to bowl.
